Nomi’s Gone Nutty! Nut Brittle That Is…
From My Heart to Yours—A Recipe to Save Your Life. We will have an opportunity to share our struggles and triumphs. Meeting near the food court in a casual setting, I can tell you about the Three Steps to Success to Start then Stay On a Raw Food regimen but if you come armed with your most burning raw food and alternative health related questions I am happy to spend our entire hour together answering them. Wondering how to feed your toddler, how to eat while pregnant or nursing, best food for an elderly person? How to create good tasty food with a job that keeps you out of the house from 7-6? After 25 years of being raw and over 15 years teaching about it, I have a few tricks up my sleeve. I hope to see you at this intimate gathering, and am ready to open my heart to you.
