VIP full weekend tickets says “a bundle of 2 tickets”, what does that mean?

It means that there are two VIP tickets bundled together in that package. VIP Tickets include Weekend Passes, Awards Dinner Gala Tickets with seating with raw food celebs, and access to the VIP Lounge.

Can I pre-register for a certain speaker’s talk?

We will not be pre-registering people for sessions, it will be first come, first served. There are 5 programs going on concurrently across the expo venue, so there will be lots of awesome activity to choose from.
On the Schedule page, you will be able to CREATE YOUR OWN ITINERARY. http://www.rawlivingexpo.com/schedule-by-venue/. The CREATE YOUR OWN ITINERARY function is available when you login to our schedule platform. Just click the My Sched option at the bottom of the SCHEDULE link on the sched page and you will be able to create your own itinerary.
We recommend you build your itinerary online and show up early for any speakers you want to be sure to get a seat at. We’ll be consistently telling people they cannot save seats, so the flow can rotate.

It says “get there early” on sched even though I was able to add a workshop to “my sched.” Does that mean, even though I clicked “add to schedule” I’m not necessarily registered?

Correct. There will not be enough time to check in pre-registered guests into any given session. But there will always be FOUR OTHER AWESOME THINGS going on ~ at all times ~ so even if you miss someone you want to see, you will have the potential to magnetize yourself to an amazing alternative experience!

Many of the items on Sched say “limited.” Does this mean attendees have to sign up ahead of time? What is the sign in procedure?

It simply means there is limited room capacity.
We are not able to provide registrations for every session.
We recommend going to MySched at the bottom of the SCHEDULE menu and printing out an itinerary for yourself, or getting the Mobile App such that you will be able to keep track of where you want to be, when.
It will be first come, first served in the rooms and we will do our very best to keep the rooms circulating.

Is there access for persons with special needs at Hilton Resort and Spa?

What are the nearby airports?

The nearest airports are Flagstaff (FLG) and Phoenix (PHX). There is also Mesa Airport in the Phoenix area.

Is there a shuttle service from Flagstaff airport to Sedona?

The closest airport is Flagstaff (45 min away).

Is there a shuttle service from Phoenix airport to Sedona?

The second closest and bigger airport ins Phoenix, PHX.

Phoenix is two hours by shuttle. There’s a $90 round trip shuttle. Call-in $49 – you need to be near the shuttle booth as they will announce arrival of shuttle. Check shcedules online, as it is not a 24-h service. http://www.sedona-phoenix-shuttle.com/shuttle-reservations
